do all fans have a speed sensor

i'm looking at buying a fan controler which tells u the speed of each fan do u need to buy a special type of fan for these or do they all give out there speed reading

any fan will do.

the fan controller will tell you the speed.

Most will do. However those attached to molex plugs are unlikely to have the sense wire, and 3 pin fans with the yellow wire missing probably exist.

yeah they do i have one in a old 90's tower with a very old celeron processor in there, that fan is permanently at full speed. I started that one up the other day still works i opened notepad and then a browser and registry cleaning tool i had to wait about 30 seconds for it to open LOL can't believe we coped with computers that slow
