Do all new phones show +44 when someone calls

I have a Samsung A52S 5g when i get a call it always comes up with +44 unknown nunbers and contact numbers, i have looked in the settings and i cant see anything to turn of the country code.

I would've thought it would be more on the network side. BT Mobile on my previous phones using Google's Phone app as the dialler doesn't show the country code for me if the number's from the UK. Thanks but it didn't work so it must be Lebara adding it.

+44 I think all networks are showing country code this day's on smartphones.

Really? I'm on BT Mobile and it's not showing the UK country code

I messaged Lebara and they said its normal that it comes up, but did say it wasn't up to them it's how it's set up for them when they register on a mobile network.
