Do any of you do gardening

my garden is a sun trap and i spend a lot of time in it during the summer. i have put it into a good state now with some help (lived here 2 yrs, previous owner let it go) and i like it even though i didn't realise how punishing gardening can be on the body! next spring i will put the final stage into effect.

I've just planted some lime and orange trees so hopefully they'll come on in spring. We also had some palms put in to replace the massive palms we had to have removed a few months ago.

Did you suffer the hard winter? with your palms to!!

I lost a 10 year old palm i was gutted

I do the mowing, hedge cutting, pruning, cutting back, lifting, watering and driving. My wife does all that plant stuff but I can still call myself a gardener. :D

Yes, I love a bit of gerdening (got to be in the mood though).

I have "landscaped" both my front and back gardens with the side still to do. It isn't finished (still have planters to build and other small things to sort out) but it is getting there.

My Grandad was a professional gardener so I got the "spark" from him. He had a 1/2 acre working garden which was for want of a better word, epic.

Plenty of uphill gardeners around here.

I have two gardens, and mess about in them a bit. Having trouble with my apple plant at the moment. I think it has mildew but the stuff my dad gave me (keen gardener) hasn't touched it.
