Basically all in the title, i was gona have 2 4850's, or 1 4870 n 1 4850 later this summer.

I do play other games but just out of interest i was wondering if these supported it.

Thx all

:D

AoC does support crossfire, i did a test.

I had a 8800GT and got 40fps

I put 1 x 4850 in and got 46fps

I put 2 x 4850 in and got 88fps

Also adding AA with the 4800's doesnt take much of a hit, 2AA was the max with my 8800GT but i can happily run 8AA with my 4850.

there is a problem with AoC and crossfire atm though, the inventory screen goes crazy and there are random crashes. Ati know about the problem and are going to fix in next driver hopefully.

As for WoW that played well with one 8800gt so i dont think you would need crossfire.

The inventory bug got fixed with the last AoC patch a few days ago as far as I know.

WoW has some poor engine optimizations these days but to get the best performance boost you need raw CPU power, rather than a faster GPU. It's not demanding even on 3 year old graphics hardware at mid-high res.

AoC I wouldn't really know, but it looks like a graphics hog so it will be GPU limited for a long time to come IMO.
