And is the packaging visable, the stuff people say to make sure you take off before installing it. Cheers

CPUs don't come with paste attached, but with retail CPU packages that include a heatsink - the heatsink normally has the paste (or thermal pad) attached, normally has an obvious plastic cover over the base of the heatsink, to be removed before fitting.
Is the thermal pad obviouse?
Have a look at the pictures and unboxing video here (Intel chip / cooler):
http://www.thinkcomputers.org/intel-core-i7-4770k-haswell-processor-review/
The preapplied thermal paste is the grey stuff on the base of the cooler, covered by the moulded clear plastic.
What cooler/processor have you got?
Intel Core i5 6600k
EDIT:
An AMD unboxing video can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9UoqHoShj_Q
e.g. @ 03:04 - you can clearly see the square of blue/grey applied thermal pad underneath the plastic cover

Ok can i use that small tube for the cpu and cooler master? The 6600k doesn't come with a heatsink - but looking at your other thread (https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18713870) looks like you went for the Cooler Master Hyper 212.
The Hyper 212 doesn't come with thermal paste preattached - it should come with a small tube though e.g.

After fitting the CPU to the motherboard, apply a small amount of thermal paste (normally slightly larger than a grain of rice) directly to the centre of the CPU, and then attach the heatsink (the weight and pressure of which will then spread the thermal paste).
Have a look at some tutorial videos on youtube first to get an idea, but you can't really go wrong.

Where should i buy some and what kind do i look for

That looks insane to set up all those screws and pieces, hopefully the manual will explain it?The 6600k doesn't come with a heatsink - but looking at your other thread (https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18713870) looks like you went for the Cooler Master Hyper 212.

The small tube that comes with the coolermaster is the thermal paste that you need to use.
It should come with instructions to fit the cooler, but there is a video here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n47WBQI31eE
which shows thermal paste application as well.
Oh ok cheers pal, one more thing did i get the wrong motherboard? My cpu is lga115 and i think my motherboard is z170 a??
No mate you are fine. 6600K requires a z170 board, which comes with a 1151 CPU socket. And 212 evo cooler will fit as far as i know. just take your time, read the instructions and breathe![]()
Watched a few vids dude should be a breeze aslong as i take my time
