We have had no end of trouble with BT infinity as you can read from previous posts, but one problem that has stumped me is that we have a VOIP system which allows ip phones to connect over the internet to it. As it was little used, it sat merrily on ADSL with Be. When the director in his infinite wisdom decided to migrate everything to BT, it stopped working. I have enabled all the ports specified in the destructions and have even tried putting the PBX in the DMZ for testing, but what ever I do, it just doesn't work.
Has anyone come across these issues with BT previously?? I am pulling my hair out trying to solve it.
