Do Codemasters games get linked to LIVE accounts?

Can I sell my pc disc version of F1 2011 on Ebay? or would I have to give up my Windows Live account as well for the buyer to be able to play it?

The person can play single player but the multiplayer part gets linked to the account I think.

If you require Live and to login to Live to play it online then I assume it is linked to your Live account hencefort.
