Do CPU's come witha cooler these days?

I am used to CPU's shipping with a stock cooler as i dont overclock. But not so sure they even ship with a cooler any more, can someone confirm if either of these will come with a cooler?

No. The 13600K can use 200 odd watts in multi-threaded load, so you need a decent cooler, even at stock settings.

The 13400 likely will have a cooler included, but you'd still be better off buying practically anything else, even a cheap tower cooler.
