Do EA know what the are doing?? Mass Effect 2 problem

Hello guys,

Simple one really,

I brought Mass Effect 2 about two weeks ago, I installed it today only to find out I need Cerberus Network code and one wasnt supplied to me, so I got in touch with EA to get one below is the convo they are useless..

Atul: Thanks for contacting EA Help! My name is Atul how may I help you?

you: Hello, I brought Mass Effect a little while ago I've just got around to installing it but i never recieved a Cerberus Network code

you: EA *Origin.com order number 1*******528 if that helps

you: mass effect 2 sorry

you: can you supply me with a code please?

Atul: I'll be glad to help you.

Atul: May I know from where you have purchased the game?

you: from Origin.

Atul: When you have purchase it?

you: EA *Origin.com order ************ is the order number, I brought it about 2 weeks ago

you: but only today installed it

Atul: Okay

Atul: I understand how disappointing it is. Some of the customers have reported this issue. Our developers are aware of it and are working for a resolution. We appreciate your patience while the issue is being looked into.

Atul: I request you to install it after 24 hours

you: it's been 2 weeks tho?? plus I was ment to get an email with all the game codes for Mass Effect and Cerberus Network code

you: the game works fine, i just cannot access all features without that code?

you: on order number ********, I got an email with the codes for Dark Spore, but it did not have anything for mass effect 2

Atul: We'll help you better, but as the tools used are down temporarily

Atul: I request you to contact us after 24 hours, we'll assist you better.

you: ok no problem, I will try again tomorrow..
 
This is a pretty standard thing for EA support chat.

Just about any issue I've hit and asked them about has ended with "Please try again in 24 hours"

IMO EA have a hell of allot of work to do on the customer service side of things.
