DO you get 2 systems for £2,347.65

and if you add 4 gig ram plus op does that come on both or is it serpate charge for both machines .

It is indeed two PCs, from the bottom of the page

This bundle consists of the following items:

The Ram will be a separate charge for both machines I'd imagine but send OcUK a webnote to check. You would need to buy an OS if you want them to install it and monitors, keyboards and mice are also not included.
