Hi all,
Do I have a faulty motherboard. A couple of times in the past 2 week’s, my pc has crashed and I had to re-boot, but on Wednesday the pc wouldn’t boot-up at all, the pc would just hang, booted in safe mode and the pc would stop at crcdisk.sys, I have had this before, turned out to be a faulty hard drive.
So checked the cabling etc, removed the raid 0 I had on the 2 drives, installed vista on to one drive everything works OK, ran the wd diagnostic software on both drives no fault found.
The up shot of this is, I can install and run vista on both drive separately and no crashed, but if I use both drives in raid 0 the pc crashes and I cannot complete install of vista..

have just reset the bios and installed p32 bios, booted up fine installed Vista OK, but got the bsod during the first series of vista updates.
So i guess there might be a problem with the motherbard
Sorry for the long read, any suggestions??
Thanks in-advance,
Martin
