I have a Saphire 4870 v/c,and i put an s1 rev2 and 120mm fan on it when new.
the VDDCs on in the 40%,gpu temps are in the 30%.
The problem is when i reboot my comp,it doesnt show the first screen which allows me to get into the bios,by pressing DELETE on the keyboard.
One time instead of showing the first screen,the screen was kind of all grey,but it continued to load windows okay.
Now i do play a game called WOV,a sim,battle of britain,which does tax the cpu,and gpu.
I also downloaded CRYSIS demo,and both games played without a problem,Crysis was very smooth and fast.
i did put the ATI 10 drivers on a few weeks ago,but didnt bother to notice if that had changed the first screen from coming on.
So im wondering if its the v/c or a windows problem.
My sys specs are.
6850 cpu 3.5ghz
4870 v/c
ga p35drs3 m/b
2gb crucial mem.
