do i have a virus?

my computer keeps tabing me out of games and every application i open it keeps randomly like clicking off it(not close just off the program), its hard to even type this as it keeps clicking off the text box. anyone know anything aka how to fix?

It might be your mouse?

Update AV and run and then install Malwarebytes and run to ensure you dont have a virus.
