Hey, would the PSU in an Antec Fusion case http://www.sysopt.com/features/cases/article.php/12024_3624281_3 have enough grunt to power an x1950pro? Or should I go for a 7600GS?

Maybe. It's under the recommended rating but still may work and you won't know for sure until you try. Depends on your Rig. Seen some who say my Pro works just fine with my 300w PSU (mostly Shuttle Users is seems) and others that need to upgrade their 420w PSU because the +12v rail does not have the juice. Recommended is 30a sustained/continuous on the single or combined +12v rail. That Antec PSU is probably around 23a-25a sustained/continuous on the combined rails.

The 30a is way over estimated though, it needs nowhere near that much.
Check this out for power useage for a big range of different video cards..
(IMPORTANT.....these power figures includes the whole PC system and not only the video card)
