Do I have the best fan layout for my case?

I'm wanting to make sure I have the best fan layout for my case to get the best airflow. I've mocked up a crude layout in ms paint, I'm hoping you can all give me some opinions. Thanks

played about with the side fan and it made minimal difference whether it was suck, blow or off, so I've got rid of it.

I can't fit another fan at the top as the rad gets in the way unfortunately!

The only think with swapping the rad fans round is that then I'd only have one fan as an exhaust, would that be an issue?

The PSU fan does nothing in relation to the case, it sucks in through the bottom then straight out the back.

I've just swapped the rad fans around and CPU temps are exactly the same, the load temps are maybe 1-2°C lower but that's it.
