Right, I need some advice.

Which PSU or more to the point what wattage do I need?

Would a 500w PSU be enough?

My system spec is below:

Asus A8N32-SLi Deluxe nForce4 SLi X16 mobo
AMD 64 bit 3000+
2Gb Dual Channel Memory
2 x XFX 7900GT's
2 x SATA drives RAID 0
2 x DVD drives

Any recommendations?
