Do I have to do anything else?

Hello.
I just got this monitor and it's amazing.
I am just not sure if I need to install any drivers for it, also it comes with a USB cable yet it works fine without it? what is the cable really for?

Anything else that I "must" do before continue working on it? I do web design mostly, any colour balancing needed?

windows should install the drivers for it. you will more than likely have usb ports on the side of the monitor which will only work if the usb cable is connected to the pc
