Hi,
I mainly play COD2 and was wondering what would add to my gaming experience.
Will 2GB make a real difference?
Is there a way of monitering the usage?
It doesn't page that much to disk but I can't really watch the LED and play a game so is there something I can leave on in the background?

Task manager.

Most people seem to say upgrading to 2GB has most effect on loading times rather that in game play. But if you do go for the upgrade it will be a worthwhile investment for sure.

Even during game play it doesn't go over 550MB!
So would it affect me and would it be worthwhile?

For CoD2, no. Unless you're anal about load times.

For future-proofing and other games such as BF2 then yes, 2GB would be wise.

Having said that, with AMD's DDR2 solution out in the next 2 months future-proofing may be a bit less valid. I'd stick with 1GB for now if all you play is CoD2.
