Do i need a new Motherboard + processor

GPU----------Sapphire AMD R9 290 TRI-X OC Graphics Card (4GB,)
SSD----------Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5 inch Basic SATA Solid State Drive
Moniters------Benq XL2411T 24" TRUE 120Hz 3D Vision 2.0 Widescreen LED

just wondering if its worth upgrading my motherboard ram and processor
i think the motherboard is abit dated as i got it back in 14 Oct, 2011

i have upgraded a few things, not long ago SSD gpu cooler and case

if yes can a few of you help me choose

for the 3 i can go around £500 if needed that is..

Is the current CPU overclocked as they all did a minimum of 4.5GHz easily.

ok tryed that and i get this

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

then my computer goes into auto repair

any ideas ?

44x it work when i use 40x take it i can just leave it at 40x
do i need to do the memory one also ?

i did yes set them all as stated then got that error had to reset to safe setting to get it back

its set at 40x now...

shall i try again this time i can get my tablet and follow it to the letter !
