Hi all,
Buying the last few parts of my system, and am now wondering whether i need a new PSU or whether i can get away with using my current one if the right adapters are available...
i have one of the old tagan PSU's that were around from the nForce 2 days, its 480W and there is 28A on the 12V rail so i think that'll be plenty enough for the X1950Pro i have.
it has a 24pin EPS12V supply that has an adapter for the 20 pin ATX12 for my current system, but is the 24pin the right one for the newer ATX2 boards?
it also has a 4pin 12V supply and an 8pin 12V supply so that should also be fine.
i know i can get an adapter for molex > pci-e power, so thats not a problem but if the main power plug is wrong can i get an adapter for it?
Thanks
