Hi people, currently have a Thermaltake Butterfly 480w ATX psu, but i'm looking at changing to pci-e in the very near future. Was considering the X1800XT Powercolour card, DFi Ultra D board and a 3700 San Diego chip. Question is could i get adapters to run this system stable on my psu or would i need to upgrade this too?

Thanks

You should be able to pick up any adapters pretty cheaply along side your new PC order so it's got to be worth giving the old power supply ago and possibly saving £60+ if it was a cheapo generic I would say junk it but no point throwing out good kit unless you really have too.
