Do i need a new PSU?

I currently have a Tagan 480W I bought just over 2 years ago.

My current spec is:
Gigabyte DS3P
E4300
Geforce 8800GTS 320mb.
2gb DDR2 ram
1 SATA Hard drive
1x DVD-Rom
5 fans (3xcase + 1 xCPU and 1xNB)


Its working but I can't seem to overclock too well, and I've double checked every other aspect, its just the power supply thats left to check.

id say that your psu isnt the problem more likley to be a crap cpu or a setting you missed somewhere
