Do I need Low Profile bracket?

I've no idea what a "standard Intel HP pro case" is, perhaps you could post a picture or a link.

Google gives numerous possibilities.

If only low profile brackets fit does it only take low profile graphics cards?

He seems to be fitting a full sized video card into the same sort of case though there doesn't look like a lot of room for dual slot cards.

A full size bracket is about 120mm long if you want to check.

That graphics cards is also a fair bit taller than the bracket so you'd need to check you have room for the extra height.

Is the spec. of the PC up to running such a card, e.g. the power supply?

Power Supply should be OK, and if not I can always get a new one. I'll double check all the sizes and possibly will need to go for something smaller.
