Do I need more fans?

Depends on a lot of factors which cant really be answered for you. for example if your going to overclock further and clock the card thus increasing the heat inside the case if im honest i dont think you will notice the heat well apart from the room being hotter. The graphic card looks like a reference model and therefore these usually throw heat out the back of the case rather then inside like a lot of refference coolers.

So basically the answer is this, we dont know. You will have to decide that once your system is up and running and if you are happy or not with the temps it is running out which you can see how hot the cpu is with CPU-Z and how hot the GPU is with EVGA precision if they are on the hot side then you should look into increasing the airflow through the case. There are better people on this forum then me for advising you on fans if this should prove to be the case.

Yes you do need more fans, that case you are ordering as standard only comes with 1 rear mounted 120mm fan,

I would order another 2 x 140mm top fans and 1 120mm bottom fan, don't worry too much about getting expensive fans

I would go with something like 2 of;

and one of;
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-008-BX&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=4

these will all be fairly quiet but push a decent amount of air - enough for the components you've listed, or if you wanted to run closer to positive pressure instead of neg, you could just get 1 top 140mm fan, and the bottom intake 120mm fan
