Hi,
I have noticed that random fans inside my case are spinning slower than they are suppost to. They are brand new fans and can happen to any of the 4 120mm fans in my case. Could this be a power issue?
My powersupply is a ThermalTake 'Butterfly' Purepower 480w.

1x 74GB Raptor
1x Seagate Barracuda 80Gb
X-Fi Xtreme Music
Would this setup be too much for my PSU?
