Do I Need More RAM?

Not sure how to read this screen, but it sometimes goes to Free Memory 0mb.

Have noticed that when playing HD MP4 files in windows media player 12, it freezes when it gets to Free = 0mb.

Do i need more RAM?

I have 4GB. (Full PC spec in signature)

Try closing a few programs/processes that you aren't using.

That saves you buying more RAM.

But more RAM is never a bad thing

standby is cached data and code not actively in use ... so essentiall you have 2.5gb doing nothing.

windows will release it if something needs the memory
