I need a new router as my current one is becoming unreliable and only goes up to 100mb/s (i'm on Virgin 152mb) and I dont want to use the Virgin Superhub any longer than I need to.
I've been looking at the Asus N65U and i'm wondering why it doesn't support WirelessAC when a number of other cheaper routers do?
My main rig is wired in so isn't an issue there but I'd like to start streaming HD content to my TV once i've built an HTPC and I though using the 5ghz channel is pretty much all thats needed.
Is WirelessAC a must for streaming HD video?
Thanks
