Do I need the extra 4 pin EPS connection - Z490 with 10600k?

Just gathering the parts for my build and was wondering if I need the additional 4 pin EPS connection on the Z490 Tomahawk board I will be using? It has an 8 and a 4 pin EPS header.

I'll be running a 10600k hopefully alongside a 3080 RTX. The plan was to juice this with an RM 650X PSU.

Nope - just the 8 pin EPS is fine mate.

The extra 4 pin is for extreme overclocking/voltage uses, like if you was using LN2.
