As title really. Do I really need the iTunes helper and iPodservice? I do have an iPod and enjoy using iTunes but I don't like the start up entries. Can I still update/sync my iPod without the startup entry?
EDIT: Also is there a way to remove the 'Safely Remove Hardware' in the systray? It's really annoying
