Do I need to bother with Chipset drivers?

Hi guys,

With Windows 7 after a format, it seems to find all of my drivers without issue, however I'm wondering if I need to bother with putting the chipset driver in?

I think you'll find the opinion is divided. If everything is working I wouldn't bother, but on the other hand it's not gonna do any harm to update them (except in rare circumstances).

I do it if only to avoid having a yellow ! on the device drivers listing.

Personally I would, generic drivers usually mean generic performance!
