Do I need to consider an upgrade for my PC to be good enough for the next 3 years or so?

I am prepared to spend around £150, but only if an upgrade is needed.

My PC specs:

Windows Vista X32 Bit
Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 2.33Ghz
GeForce GTX 260
4GB DDR2 667MHz RAM
150GB free Hard Drive space out of 450GB
Asus P5N-E SLI Motherboard

Thank you for reading, I hope for some replies. :)

I will probably think about saving up to £250-300 so I can get a new mobo, PSU, Core 2 Quad and cooler in a years time.

Could anyone please make some recommendations? ^^ (preferably for a new cooler as I want to get one quite soon) :)

Thanks for the link :)

I am a bit of a noob when it comes to overclocking etc, so I don't know a lot of the terms they use (eg: 'FSB' and an 'SB heatsink').

I hope to learn how to overclock and install a new motherboard until I need to upgrade. :)
