I can't search if this topic has been covered but I want to know if I should have my mobo chipset drivers installed (MSI K8N Neo2) for vista. I havn't got anything installed as i prosume vista has installed all the drivers needed because its picked up my Lan connection and allows me to browes [sp] the net.

If there are supported drivers for your Motherboard I think its worth installing them, Vista has a larger driver database so will probably support it out the box, but its always best to install official drivers

I'd go with this. If there are chipset drivers specific to Vista on the manufacturers site, then install them. Chances are there won't be yet - although Intel have released some (which doesn't help you!).

If not, don't worry. Vista's out of the box drivers are good enough most of the time.
