Do I need to mod a NXT phantom case to fit a 2 fan radiator ?

You can fit a 240 rad on the top if you don't have the handle on, looks okay actually, search google for it :D otherwise you can do an internal one with one 120 rad and another 92 although that clearly won't be as good, there is also a build log for that somewhere on google :)


Edit, noticed you said in, no you can't fit a rad in the top bit afaik
 
You can under it



Inside the top bit you might get away with a single rad but you wont be able to stick a dual in.

Coolers like that are: Corsair H50 H60 H70 soon to release H80 H100. The Corsair H100 will feature dual rad.

This is true but they are just the stock fans that come with the case. If a exhaust radiator is placed in the case, x2 120mm fans would be more efficient.
 
Have a look at the build log in my sig :)

You can fit a 360 up there and a 240 in the bottom ;)
