Do I need to re-sorn a car when I buy it.

I am looking at buying a car that has ben SORN. Do I need to re SORn it once it is registered to me?

It may have no engine and he has a 27litre merlin ready to drop into it....

I bought my mums car from her which was SORN and couldn't get it servived and MOT'ed for a month so had to SORN it (never left her drive)

Yeah. Not going to be able to get it sorted until the end of the month.
