do i need to reinstall XP??

i recently bought a new set up the ram was a bit dodgy so i sent it back and got new, i installed windows and set my PC up with and old stick of 256MB RAM

now i have my new RAM 2GB do i need to reinstall windows when i put it in or am i ok just to plug and play ??

Bang it in, you may need to set the bios timings and voltages accordingly depending on what you have bought. A reinstall is not necessary at all.

Just make sure that you turn off at the mains and earth yourself to the case before you touch it.
