Do I need to upgrade my PS for a 5070Ti?

I am thinking of upgrading from my 3060 to a 5070Ti, I currently have this PSU:

Seasonic Focus GX-650 650W 80+ Gold Modular Power Supply

Is my PSU sufficient?

Here is my Spec:
CPU
Intel Core i7 13700K

RAM
Kingston FURY Beast 64GB (2x32GB) DDR5 PC5-44800C40 5600MHz Dual Channel Kit

Motherboard
MSI B760 GAMING PLUS WIFI Motherboard, ATX

Storage
1863GB Seagate ST2000DM006-2DM164 (SATA )
1863GB Western Digital WD_BLACK SN850X 2000GB (SSD)

It is likely to be fine for gaming.

I wouldn't buy that PSU on purpose to run with a 5070 Ti (just because it would be nice to have more headroom), but I also wouldn't dump it unless confirmed in real world usage that there's an issue.

I would agree, you may as well use it and only replace if it actually causes an issue
