Do I need to upgrade my PSU ?

I have the following :-

Hyper 580w Type R PSU
Thermaltake Armor LCS
ATI Radeon X1950XTX Crossfire
Running Vista 64bit

I have the following arriving tomorrow :-

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 LGA775 'Yorkfield' 2.83GHz 12MB-cache
Corsair 4GB DDR2 XMS2 Dominator PC2-8500C5 TwinX (2x2GB)
Gigabyte GA-X48-DQ6 Intel X48 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

Would you reckon the 580W is enough ?
If not what would you go for.

Other than that should i be able to overclock above 3.6Ghz ?
