I've had the current PSU (OCZ 600W) in my PC for a good few years now and was wandering if it would be worth buying a new one? I've had a number of odd issues with my PC recently and whilst searching for an answer there seems to be a theme of having a good quality PSU. Not sure if OCZ fits that bracket.

Also, not sure if it makes a difference but the 1060 takes a 6 pin power cable and I'm using an 8 pin from the PSU. I believe there is a difference in Watt rating? But whether that impacts on GPU behaviour, I don't know.
