Do I need to upgrade RAM?

Hi everyone, I have a 4070 and an i7 with 16 GB RAM.

I mostly play The Sims 4 and Dreamlight Valley. Do I need to upgrade the RAM? Cheers.

Manly/epeen answer says you need minimum 64gb these days.
