Do i need via drivers

I have just installed vista 64-bit, everything seems to be running fine. I have a K8T Neo FISR motherboard, is there any need to install the via chipset package?

I have a via board (AV8-3rd eye) and I installed VIA 511a drivers and they caused major problems for me.
SATA drivers left me having to reactivate vista, Lan drivers left my system a stuttering mess. I would avoid and wait for some better non rushed drivers.
Read the VIA forums before you install, Wish I had.

Thanks for the advice - i'll wait and see how other people get on! It's working at the moment so I suppose its the 'if it aint broke' scenario!
