Been thinking about this for a while.
I look after 2 sites and have remote desktop connection running in both of them.
I also have a Remote Utilities installed at home and on my work pc's at both places so in theory I can use Remote Utility to get on to my work pc then from there I can use remote desktop connection to connect to and work pc or server.
Now Remote Utilities allows you to connect with full control, execute a command, open up terminal do an inventory, file transfer, remote registry and RDC.
It allows 10 remote computers for free, so my question is even if i get more sites on-board I could install it the same there so I can get into the network from the outside then use RDC inside.
I cant see really when you would use the extra features. Or to put it a different way what would I not be able to do with the way I have it set up now, am I missing something?
