Hi everyone hope someone might be able to point me in the right direction here.
I purchesed an TP-Link Wireless-N 300Mbps ADSL2+ on the 06/09/11 this year from OCUK and i have been having a lot of issues with the router over the last few days. It seems to get very warm and it looks to be over heating which then keeps cutting my internet connection. I have since installed my old sky sagemcom router and everything is working fine again.
I just wondered what the process would be to send this faulty item back for either the same product which i would prefer rather than a refund
