Do I wait or buy now?

Basically, I'm looking to upgrade my aged 3870 Toxic to something a little quicker. I seem to have a few choices-

I currently have about a £200 budget and have been considering the MSi 6950 that is on offer. I like the idea of the 2Gb of RAM and that generally the cards are meant to be quieter than the nVidia offerings.

However, with the dual gpu cards around the corner, do you think that the cards in the £200 region will drop in price? Therefore i'd be able to buy better for the same price or buy the same for slightly cheaper (make sense?).

My current rig:
Q6600 @ Stock (New Motherboard needs overclocking )
Asus P5E
3870 Toxic
Corsair HX650W

I don't think the 6950s will drop in price more than they already have, for at least half a year
