Do I wrap my car?

I thought one of the key selling points of your Monaro was that the paint was in excellent condition. Seems a bit pointless if you do.
And I don't think it'll look that great IMHO.

no lie i once saw a bloke glossing an old mini with a roller by the side of the road in lower addiscombe road :)
Not quite as absurd as it first might appear.

I can't remember who but someone posted a project on here where the whole car had been repainted with a brush/roller then wet sanded to a perfect finish!

Why bother protecting the paint for a future owner with an expensive wrap.

Might as well enjoy it yourself rather than worry about what it might look like 3 years down the line.

Give it a regular wash/wax/detail y0 and just drive it!

Keep it red, spend the money on performance mods or improving the stereo or a holiday or something....not a fan of most cars in matt black and don't think the Monaro suits it at all.

Wrapping is for the likes of Stobart who don't want to spend a fortune on flash paint schemes (as they used to) and after 3 years can peel off the wrap for a white truck thats easily sold on the used market.

I love how they wrap them though.....

Surely if it makes the car look as fantastic as you think it doesn't need to be reversible? ;).

That's honest to god my logic when it comes to wrapping (especially in a dodgy colour).

Just because you like it, doesn't mean others will hence anything permanent is going to make resale impossible.

Plus wrapping is cheaper than a decent respray.
