Ok… I have a DFI Expert mobo with one gb of Corsair twin XMS Xpert ram, I want more ram!!! Do I add to it or sell my ram and get a 2gb pair? I am thinking… Keep this ram and add either:

sell it and get a 2gb kit! Ive just done this myself. I think using 4 sticks would force it to run at 2t which would hit performance quite a lot.

I reckon the OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC3200 Dual Channel Platinum Series is a good bet as its on special this week!

no offence to the Store but i will never use OCUK again! heap of crap!! but i am sure i can run 4 stix at 1t on my mobo, but surly the drop in performance will be increased by the extra one gig?

wots wrong with OCUK? i know they dont like answering their phones but its a pretty good service otherwise with some of the cheapest prices around!

Im fairly confident u cant run 1t with 4 stix, maybe u should read the 2gb faq?

unless u use all 3gb most of the time its wasted... everyday things/games wont even use all of 2gb.

if i do decide to keep this ram and bang in another GB will i get less out of my rig than i do at present? and what ram would i be best off gettin out of that selection?

Yes you can run 1T with four sticks.

I'd personally recommend buying OCZ memory (and from Overclockers) - doing some goods deals with it at moment and the memory is very good.
