Do intel CPUs suffer scheduling issues like X3D?

I'm away from home so playing BF6 on my 4080 13980HX laptop

They game plays pretty well getting around 100-130fps but my GPU utilisation is only around 80%

Is this an issue with the E cores?

I'd rather not disable them but just wanted to get peoples thoughts on this before I start messing around with it.
Thanks
Scott

I work shifts when I'm away so won't get back to it until tomorrow I'm just impatient for an answer haha. I will try it when I can though

It's normal for this game to be cpu limited. It's by design, not an issue your end.
I understand it being limited by a higher end GPU at a lower res but I'm essentially playing with a low power desktop 4070 @1600p and the 13980hx has pretty much desktop CPU performance so I thought it should be able to max out the GPU.

Well it turns out my res was 1600x1050 so the GPU was taking it easy. It didn't look half bad at that tbh though. I tried it with the E cores disabled and the GPU stayed above 95% and now with them enabled again it's slightly lower but still better than it was at the low resolution.

I turn off the e-cores on my Dell laptop. It runs much cooler for some bizarre reason. Never known a laptop to get so many bios updates.
