Do Ipod Touch 32 GIG come with USB adapters/chargers?

Currently shopping for an Ipod 32 Gig touch, and the place i'm shopping from says in the specs:

Storage Capacity 32GB
Type of USB Direct
USB Adapter Yes
View Photos Videos yes

But when i select the model, I get:

Or do the specs on the ipod mean just a USB "stick", that PLUGS into an adaptor? - and not "charger"
