Looking for a big 32" "screen" for a computer at work, it's only going to run this old, simple program, nothing fancy so could easily be a TV. and they can be cheap. Was wondering my chances of finding a TV with a VGA input.

Low I'd imagine as VGA has always been a computer connection rather than a media one so you'd need to find a 32" monitor rather than TV.

I'd say most of them will have VGA.

Quite a few TVs I've bought in the past have had VGA. Infact I can't think of one I've bought that doesn't have one. Including one bought in around 2004 and a dirt cheap Argos TV around 2010.

Edit: Just had a quick look on Gumtree and the first two that had a model number had a VGA input, so I think you're good.

Well you learn something new everyday, I don't remember seeing VGA on a TV or maybe it's just that I've never looked for it.

I actually have a 32" TV from ~11 years ago that has both VGA and DVI ports. It is of course only 1366x768, but it's still going strong in my parents' holiday flat :)

Depending on the age of the computer and how fast its one program will update the screen... USB-DVI adapters exist. I don't want to say they work well, but they do exist if you get desperate.
