Do people actually play Arma III or America's Army here ?

I *loved* AA back in the day, before the medics and SF stuff came into the game and (IMO) ruined it.

Insurgent Camp and the map with the bridge were both my favourite maps, although a few others had merit too. The honor system was great for weeding out people who didn't want to play seriously and overall it was just about the most fun online experience of the time.

Must be getting on for 10 years ago now?

I haven't touched it for at least 5 years now though and was never big on it in the first place so probably not the best person to comment. Used to play ARMA but switched to a laptop with a rather weak GPU almost 4 years ago so only been able to run Project Reality on it.

I've been playing AA:PG for the past two years.

Only prefer it to Arma 3 because Arma's interface is too fiddly. Plus there's a pretty strong community, albeit small, in AA.

I play Arma 3 several times a week, there's such a wide variety of mods and some superb servers out there.

CTI is probably my favourite right now.

I play Arma 3 wasteland, generally stratis.

Play a bit of Breaking Point with AK22.

Used to love playing Americas Army back in the day, really enjoyed the game. Shame it went seriously down hill. Tried to play it a year or so back and it just isn't the same :(

I wanted to like Arma III, but it's just not a nice experience. Haven't played in a year or so but was glitchy as hell, interface is woeful and bad cpu optimization

Used to play AA back in the day - there was 1-2 minor things that really put me off it though that they refused to fix - one of them to do with parachuting in but I can't remember what it was. When it became clearly they weren't going to fix it and 1-2 other things they were talking about were pipe dreams I stopped playing.
