Do people put Artic Silver 5 on their A64 SKT 939's?

or do u use the paste suppled with these? if not what do u put inbetween the 2 ? mayo?

it's funny that the chips look so different from SKT A, and even thought I got A.S.5 inbetween my 3000+ venice and Zalman cooler. looking at the A64 chip and noticed this difference, i've been wondering if any paste is neccesary

The paste that is supplied on the retail HS is surprisingly good stuff, very similar in performance to AS3.

I did read some reviews with the stock H/S and fan stuff and overclocked with low temps

i tried to do this a few weeks back but had trouble actually getting the heat sink off the cpu, how do you do it?
i unlocked the clip and gave it a pull but it was stuck firm.

I don't know, this is why I use Arctic Silver stuff, unlike some others where it sticks the H/S to the CPU

Nuttela is too thick, everyone knows you only use that as an adhesive to fix mem sinks on
